Being on the Internet since it began in 1993, I have come to understand the principles that determine the difference of a failed MLM company and/or organization and a company/organization that is vibrant, has sustainability and a long term future. The difference is customers. When your business is 90% customers it will survive the hard times and both the company and the distributors will have growth and income regardless if the distributor works the business everyday, or slumbers off into obscurity.
